About me

Each hotel team embodies what fascinates me most about our industry: a diversity of characters and cultures. During my career I was able to develop an ability to motivate people from all walks of life and to instill a sense of belonging to a multi-cultural team.

My focus was always on Human Resources and Talent Development within the luxury hospitality sector, where I gained 20 years of operational experience, including more than 10 years of strategic work on curriculum development for employee qualification. Before starting Knowledge Matters I held corporate positions with Accor, Falkensteiner Hotels & Resorts, Althoff Hotels as well as working on pre-opening projects with Kempinski.
